SMS Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy explains how REYESCO, LLC ("REYESCO," "we," "us," "our") sends text messages in connection with ClientManager and our other software-as-a-service products (the "Services"). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Consent
We send text messages only to a mobile number you have given us, and only for the purposes described below. Providing a mobile number during signup, in your profile, or to a business that uses our Services is your consent to receive those messages. Providing a mobile number is optional, and it is not a condition of purchasing anything.
2. What We Send
- Account and security messages, such as sign-in verification.
- Service messages from the business whose account you deal with - for example an appointment reminder, a scheduled visit notice, or a request to confirm or reschedule.
- Operational notices about your subscription.
Businesses using our Services send messages to their own customers and staff through their own accounts. Those businesses decide what they send and to whom, and are responsible for having consent to do so.
3. Message Frequency
Frequency varies with how you and the business you deal with use the Services. Most numbers receive messages only when something specific happens - a visit is scheduled, a code is requested, an appointment is near. We do not send recurring marketing texts.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
5. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at that number. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages, except where you later opt back in. Reply START to resume, or HELP for assistance. You can also remove or change a mobile number in your profile, or ask the business you deal with to do so.
Opting out of texts does not close your account or stop email.
6. Your Mobile Number and Privacy
We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and with the business whose account you deal with. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
