Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ClientManager and our other software-as-a-service products (the "Services"), provided by REYESCO ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent ("you," "your").
1. The Services
The Services provide business management tools - including client, project, estimating, and service request tracking - delivered as a hosted, subscription-based application.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials issued to users in your organization and for all activity under those accounts. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. If you cancel during a subscription term, you will not be issued a refund, and the subscription will remain active through the end of the then-current billing period before it terminates. This applies the same way to monthly and annual plans - an annual subscription cancelled partway through the year stays active through the remainder of the year already paid for, with no partial refund.
- Fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
4. Demo and Trial Environments
We may make demo, trial, or evaluation environments available at no charge. Data entered into a demo or trial environment will not be migrated, copied, or carried over to a paid/production account if you later subscribe. Demo environments are provided "as is," may be reset or removed at any time without notice, and are not covered by any service-level commitment.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of the business data you and your organization enter into the Services ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with Your Data. Upon request, you may export Your Data or request its deletion, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or reverse-engineer or resell the Services without our written permission.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the Services available and performant, but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement with you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REYESCO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which REYESCO is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
